Order steps

We would like to inform you that the exact description of the order steps can be found in the online store in point 5 of the GTC document (Order process).

Keeping in touch until the start of delivery

As long as the delivery of the ordered goods does not begin, electronic (email) communication is basically carried out, we will contact you by phone only and only in justified cases, if the content of the order justifies it in our opinion.

The status of your order can be continuously monitored using the Shopper application:

After sending the order
1Your request will be recorded by the system, and we will send you an automatic email message.
2After reviewing the order, our employees send continuous information via system messages about the current status of the order processing, which can be as follows:
aProcessing: the order has been reviewed, based on the preliminary information, there were no obstacles to its fulfillment, further processing is in progress.
bWaiting for transfer: if you have sent your order with advance payment by bank transfer, in that case, never start the transfer, until we send you an instruction to do so in an email message, at the same time we will send a fee request for the transfer.
cWe have received payment: if you ordered in advance by bank transfer and we have received the amount, we will always send an email message containing the link to track the order information.
dWe have made a reservation: if you have ordered a product that we only purchase to order, we will always send you an email message containing the link to track the order information.
eWe have started delivery: if we have fulfilled your order and started your package, we will send you an email message.

gCanceled: if your order is not fulfilled for some reason, it will be given a canceled status.
After the start of delivery, contact can take place as follows, depending on the form of delivery
Courier service delivery:

Our parcels are delivered to your home by the GLS or MPL courier service. After sending each package, GLS General Logistics Systems Hungary Csomag-Logisztikai Kft. and the MPL courier service will notify you by email of the expected delivery date of the package, so please keep an eye on your email account. On the day of delivery, GLS will indicate the expected arrival time of the package in an SMS message by specifying a time interval of 3 hours. If the indicated time does not suit you, please contact the customer service of the GLS courier service by referring to the package number in the SMS message (+36 1) at 802-0265. Magyar Posta sends an email notification in advance of the arrival of parcels delivered by the MPL courier service. MPL's customer service is available by phone at 06-1-767-8282 from Monday to Wednesday and Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, Thursday from 08:00 to 20:00. All MPL packages delivered with a receipt can also be paid for by bank card upon collection.

Therefore, after sending, please consult with the courier service first about the status of the shipment, considering that they have the most insight into this. Thank You.


Which may result in order cancellation:
1.Lack of stock, in which case we can send you alternative offers by email, which you can consider.
2.Incorrect or incomplete information: if you enter your contact information incorrectly or incompletely, our system will send a notification to replace or correct it electronically, but if this information is not specified, the order will be cancelled.
3.Any additional circumstances that are regulated by the current General Terms and Conditions document of the online store.
